I parked my bicycle at The Hans Rosling Center for Population Health at approximately 9:55am.
I chained the bike to a bike
rack amongst many others. I used two chains, securing both wheels and the frame.
I was across the street in Gould Hall for the rest of the day. I came to get my bike around 9pm and found it gone. The chains were on the ground, with smells of burnt metal and fragments of the chains on the ground. I took a video of the scene.
