On October 11th (Sunday), 2020, I parked my vintage 80s silver Schwinn road bike on the sidewalk of 970 N Broadway in Chinatown (Mandarin Plaza), Los Angeles, around 12pm noon. Came back an hour later around 1pm, I found my lock (Abus Ultra mini) was cut clean on the ground and noticed my bike was
