Bicycle detail

I rode my bicycle to Walgreens at 34th and Telegraph to get a prescription filled. I attached my bike with a cable lock to one of the bike stands on the sidewalk in front of the store and walked into the store at approximately 7:45pm on January 6, 2016. I was inside the store waiting for my prescription for approximately 15 minutes when I stepped outside to check on my bike and discovered it was gone. My cable lock lay cut on the ground next to the stands.
