Description of the theft
I stopped at the Old Mint on Esplanade Avenue to watch the River Fest at approximately 1200 hours. It started raining so I went to MRB until the rain stopped. Then I walked to see a friend in the Quarter and eat. By the time I got back to the concert most of the bikes were gone including mine. It was locked to the bike racks provided on the left hand side of the Mint at the front entrance. I had the rear wheel and frame locked to the rack with a U lock and the front wheel and frame locked to the rack with a cable lock. There was no sign of the bike or the locks.
