Bicycle detail

On Monday, May 26, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM, I rode my electric bicycle
home and parked it in its usual location in the lobby/common area of my apartment
complex. I secured the bike with its lock and activated the electronic theft protection
passcode. The bike was in good working condition at the time I parked it. On
Tuesday, May 27, 2026, at approximately 7:00 AM, I went to retrieve my bike from
the same location and discovered it was missing. There were no remnants of the lock
or any indication of how it was removed. The lobby/common area where the bike
was stored is equipped with security cameras. My property manager has been
notified and is in the process of pulling surveillance footage from the relevant
timeframe (approximately 6:00 PM on May 26 to 7:00 AM on May 27) to identify the
individual(s) responsible. The bike was locked and had its electronic anti-theft
passcode enabled at the time of the theft. Access to the building is restricted to
residents and delivery drivers, who are the only non-residents with regular entry to
the lobby area.
