Description of the theft
My bike was on a Kuat rack with an integrated cable lock. It was parked at Home Depot near the entrance at 1130am. Minutes after entering the store two people in a white flatbed pickup drove up to my truck. A female jumped out, cut the lock, and threw the bike into the back of the truck with multiple people watching. The truck sped off. Home Depot unable to access security footage.
