Description of the theft
The theft occurred in an underground parkade. The condo building has a bike cage which tenants much request from the property management company and register their bikes. The bike was in the locked cage and chained to a bike rack. The chain had been cut and left there while the bike was stolen. There are security cameras but I am unsure if they captured anything.
