Description of the theft
My son had chained his bicycle to the bike racks in front of Lincoln High School on Interlake prior to school start.
He found his bicycle missing after school. When we checked with the office, they had his cut bicycle cable and lock as well as his helmet. The office indicated that a parent had seen the theft but did not feel comfortable interceding or following them.
They reportedly went South on Interlake towards 43rd. The office indicated that the police had been called but did not respond. It is not clear if a report was filed by the school.
