Bicycle detail

My boy parked his Fat bike/electric bike at the bike rack in front of Haggen in Lakeland hills. Between 6:00 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. on October 30th 2019 and it was stolen. It's been hit once where the key goes into the ignition so you'll see a crack in the ignition area. The seat has been replaced by a thicker, heavier seat with a safety light on the back of it, also LED lights wrap around the spokes on the front end back tire and it has a headlight. It's only a year old and like new! (It won't have a key in the ignition and they will have to pedal)

I have reported this information to the police.

11/1/2019 TIP CAME IN:Hello. Sorry...my husband just now saw this post. Not sure if it will help at this point, but he noticed 2 white men who he described as very dirty and disheveled both riding bikes and the bike you described was being rolled between them. He saw them going northbound on A St over the bridge towards the trailer park by the drive thru coffee shop. He believes it was the night of the 30th.
