Description of the theft
Locked up Giant Defy 2 (Serial #gc361978) outside of Thirst Lion Pub & Grill around 6:00 PM on 30 September 2014. Bike was locked against a bike stand, using a Kryptonite Series 2 U-Lock (Gray) and Kryptonite KryptoFlex Cable (Orange / Gray). Cable ran through the front and back tires and bike frame. Cable was secured to the u-lock. At the time, there was sunlight outside and pedestrians in the area.
At 8:00 PM, left the Pub and noticed bike was stolen. Another bike was attached tot he bike stand but I was unsure if the perpetrator swapped bikes. Flex cable was missing and u-lock was still there; however, I was unsure if it was mine. Lock had damage to it. I tried to open it up with my key but it didn't work.
By 8:00 PM, it was dark outside and only homeless adults were in the area.
