The male identified himself as "Chris Saxon" and was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, a shoulder satchel, and a blue surgical face mask. The bicycle is valued at $9,000.00 and contains an "Atkins Bike Shop" sticker attached to its seat post frame.
