Description of the theft
The cable lock secured both wheels and the frame to the bicycle rack on campus at USC, near the intersection of 34th street and Watt Way. The bike was stolen between 3:50-4:30PM on Monday, October 26th, 2015. When I returned to get my bike at 4:30, the bike and lock were not there.
