Description of the theft
One man drove up in his car to the front of the residence, saw a locked bike in front of it & decided to return 5 minutes later with an accomplice who got dropped off near the bike. The accomplice used a grinder to cut the metal cable lock. Once cut, he jumped on the bike & rode away while the person who dropped him off did the same.
