Description of the theft

Went to pick up burritos at Taqueria Santa Cruz after the UCSC collegiate road race on 2/21/15. Bike was locked to the bike rack next to the Taqueria in view of a busy street. The cable was cut and the bike disappeared in the 5 minutes it took to order a burrito and return to the car.
