Bicycle detail

Bike was stolen from a city bike lock frame on the SW corner of 13th & Flanders in NW portland sometime between 4:45 and 5:10pm on Friday Aug. 26th, 2016. THe bike was locked with a U-Lock to a city bike lock post. The helmet was also taken, a hand painted black and white design. The Bike is a mid-80s model Bianchi, purple with a pink painted bottle carrier in on the body, and unusually sized 27" Sun CR18 Rims. The handlebars are knobbed. On the back is a rack with a grey milk crate strapped to the bike with bungee chords. The handlebars are flat across and the tires are hybrid. The bike is my city commuter bike. My helmet was also stolen, it is black with white stripe designs hand painted on the back (by me).
