Description of the theft
Bicycle was locked on a bike rack with a magenta U-lock in from for Vara at 1600 15th Street. It was parked there at 11am and when I went back to grab it at 2pm, it was gone. My a piece of my U-lock was left so it is evident that it was sawed off. The bicycle is a black 2013 Surly Cross Check 56cm.
