Description of the theft
The bike front wheel was locked through the frame to the bike rack just about 10 ft to the left (if you're looking from the building out to the street) of the entrance to 3930 N Pine Grove Ave, Chicago, IL, 60613 building. Last I've seen it was Friday the 16th around 9am. I came out to take my bike this morning, July 19th at 9:50AM to find it missing and a different bike already locked in place of mine.
