Description of the theft
The bike was locked to a city bike parking rack with a u-lock through the frame and wheel and a cable to the back wheel. The rack was in front of a cafe with some foot traffic. The bike was outside between 1:30pm and 5pm. At 5pm, the bike was missing at the rack, and the lock and cable were not visible anywhere either. Walking around the block didn't turn up any clues or hints.
