Description of the theft
On 10/10/2023 a gentleman walks west in front of our store and ducked down near our bike rack out front. I saw him stand up and walked outside to see he had cut the cable that chains our bikes together. I yelled at him to stop as he hopped on a Ponto Go in the Ocean Blue Color Serial# WTU092XC2685U. He rode directly into the street and went west on 7th street. He turned right Riley Street, which is a one way.
