Description of the theft
I was at work from 7:30am - 4pm (I work at the Starbucks on 19th and chestnut in Philadelphia). When I came out of work, my bike was missing along with my lock and helmet (and a bike rack system on the back wheel for a basket carrier that attached but was not attached at the time).
