Description of the theft
Bike was stolen along with another bike from an apartment complex. No evidence left at the scene. Bikes were within full view of several apartments as the racks they were locked up to sit between two apartments with balconies facing them. Racks are away from any public roads so thief would have had to come a significant distance into the complex to take them and then get away with them.
