Description of the theft
The bike was secured with a cable lock and attached to the bike rack in the garage of my apartment building. The building is monitored 24/7 and has surveillance cameras, so no outsider can possibly get in without an electronic key. Yet, somehow, the bike got stolen. I have left it without my attention for only a week, and when I came to check back on it it was already gone.
