Bicycle detail

I got out of work to find my bicycle missing from where I had placed it. In front of work next to a truck with a lock. Bike was secured to a fence and post with wheels locked. It was behind a bush and it was cut. Bike was there during my lunch around 7:30pm. I didn't get to check on it on my last break 9:30pm. When I got off work it was gone. The first photo is the new bike seat I had put on it. The second photo is the my cable lock snapped. The third photo is just a reference but my bike is very similar. White frame with red logo. Has the new seat I'm talking about. It had almost camo black/red handle bars. It was bronze near the handle bars. It has a lock carrier underneath the seat where I would carry the lock that was snapped.
