Description of the theft
I locked my bike up by my dorm window, I saw it through my window at 2:30 am and woke and it was gone. The bike rack was unbolted from the ground allowing the thief to slide my bike off the rack. The U lock should still be locked to the frame if he hasn't broken it off yet.
