Locked my bike up with my boyfriend's bike outside DC Vegan in the Dupont neighborhood in DC. Went in for a bite to eat and when we came back, we noticed both bikes were gone. We have contacted the business who has the video cameras, but haven't heard back yet. We will also file a police report.
