A man with his own bike rolled off with my bike alongside him. Security footage showed it was a 5’ 9” Latino man, 200 lbs, with flashy sneakers. He was wearing a black hoodie with the hood over a red cap and blue jeans at the time of the incident. He was also wearing a mask partially.
