Description of the theft
Bike was stolen in the East Village between 5:10pm - 7:10pm. Rear tire had a flat (suspicious) but I had to get to an appointment so I took an Uber to my appointment and came back at 7:10pm to find my bike had been stolen and the lock had been clean cut.
