My son noticed his bike was missing from the bike rack behind his school where he had locked it in the morning with a cable lock going through the frame and the front wheel.
We asked around and no one saw anything. We reported to the school and we found out that there is not a camera pointed at the bike rack area behind the school.
The bike is a Rocky Mountain Edge 24 bike 2010 or 2011 bought off kijiji a few years ago. As illustrated here: https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/value-guide/product/23682
There is a broken lock holder on the left side on the handlebars with blue hockey tape thickening the bar to hold secure. There is an aftermarket cat eye bell (black) on the right side.
We did not find the lock or the bike. My son confirms he had locked the bike to the rack in the morning. There was no evidence of the bike or the lock or around where here parked it. We drove around for 1 hours and found nothing.
