Description of the theft
My friend and I locked our bicycles. We both had the top of the line locks. We went inside a building for an hour. During that time, we did hear unusually loud grinding sound. When we went out to get our bikes, they were gone! In hindsight, the noise must be the sound of our locks being cut.
