Bicycle detail

I arrived at the location at 8.03am. I locked my bike to the bike rack at the corner of the Harry Hays building (1st street SE side, to the left of the main entrance). There is a surveillance video right above it. I did not come back to my bike until after work, at 4.35pm. By that time, it was gone. Do you have access to video surveillance or CCTV that ***DIRECTLY CAPTURES THE INCIDENT OR SUSPECT*** that can be shared with police for investigative purposes? There was a security camera right above the bike rack. The building security would have access to the outside cctv videos. Do you have suspect vehicle information including a license plate and description or anything else that could aid in the investigation? No Is there a known suspect or offender?
