Description of the theft
At 4:17 am thief was seen on door bell camera walking up to bike which was cable locked to another bike around a tree in the condo complex. Their then cut cable and walked off with one of the bikes. Unfortunately the footage on the doorbell camera was very poor that you could not make out a description of the thief.
