Description of the theft
Bike stolen from bike rack outside Al’s Barbershop (behind the Sink on Pennsylvania between 12th and 13th streets) around 7-8pm. It is a Green Co-op DRT 1.2, with silver scratches on the neck from a black u-lock. Broken front and rear reflectors, with electric rear reflector/flasher attached.
