Description of the theft
I parked the bike in the garage of the Linden (my apartment complex) near the garage entrance the evening of 12/16 at 5pm. The bike was among other bikes, and was locked with a U lock (Abus). I went back through the garage at 6:30pm and the bike was still there. The garage closes to the public at 7pm, and opens to the public at 7am.
When I went down to the garage at 8:20am the bike was gone. The ulock was not represent.
The security footage from the apartment shows that he stole the bike at 6:08am on 12/17. He was wearing all black. Average/tall height. He appears to have entered through a garage following a car, waited for a bit of time, and then cut the lock with cutters and stole the bike.
