Description of the theft
Bike was locked at my office in Redmond and was taken during the work day. My office has video footage which has been provided to the Redmond PD. The bike had a red sadle bag ("outward hound", yes a dog bag) and had an LED headlight and taillight and new commuter tires with a reflect strip on them (Michellin).
