Description of the theft
I left my house at 2:00pm 11/27/15. I return at 3:15pm 11/27/15 and my bike is stolen. It's weird this happened in day time at my apartment so it has me got of scared that someone was watching me, my bike, my car, and my apartment if they did this as soon as I left in my car to get lunch. The chain is completely cut and looks like a couple tries. The thief left the cut link and the chain.
