Bicycle detail

Woke up this morning, noticed my wife’s bike was moved to the side but mine was gone. Noticed the cable lock connected to both bikes Was cut and later found in the bushes. My bike had a ulock around the back tire and frame, u lock and cable lock attached to the bike were taken with the bike. The wheels also had a special lock where you need a special triangle tool to unlock the wheels. The handle bars had an extension to raise them about 2 n a half inches.
