Most likely forgot to lock it to the rack outside the apartment building as I was fiddling with a bag to cover the seat and with the two baskets.
Most important identification is TWO black folding metal baskets attached to the rear rack.
The seat is not removable without tools - the removing clamp was replaced by a "permanent" band.
