Description of the theft
Bike was locked inside the locked Artistry apartment parking garage, but visible to East Street just south of East Market Street. The thief gained access by following a resident in the card-swipe doors or sneaking under the garage door. Cable was pried out of locking mechanism and left at the scene. Theft occurred between 4:20pm and 5:20pm Sunday June 25, 2017.
