Description of the theft
Bike was stolen from UCSD graduate housing. Bike was subsequently seen on 1-8-22 at around 1:20pm in possession of a thin white male with dirty blond hair and tattoos on both arms behind a trailer parked outside 1061 Cudahy Pl. San Diego 92110. Police were contacted, but the individual and his female partner (white, medium build) rode off on bike before they arrived. Pursuit was unsuccessful. Trailer is a white Four Winds Express with blue and burgundy trim. CIC#1LC4216.
