Description of the theft
Bike thief entered locked apartment complex garage at 12pm Friday afternoon to cut the locks on the bike, then left. Thief later returned around 2am Saturday morning to take the bike from the garage. He rode the bike down Gault St and onto Van Nuys Blvd.
The bike is a black frame beach cruiser with a 66cc gasoline motor on the frame driving the rear wheel by chain. The motor has a green horses head on the side of it.
Other identifying qualities include green fuel lines, Coaster brakes only, and galaxy print duct tape wrapping the frame where the front motor mount is positioned. White wall tires that have been rubbed by the chain.
