Bicycle detail

I locked by son's bike (Woom 6 Off, black frame with white logo and 26" wheels) to the street level bike rack, center rank at the far left, in front of Mission Cliffs at 4:30pm on Monday, 5/9. I locked the bike frame, along with his bike helmet (green Bern helmet with several stickers including one with a skull for Sugar Bowl, and one in the center with a jackalope and a GoPro mount on top) with a secure lock (Hiplok DX) to the rack structure. I forgot to pick up the bike when he finished his climbing club at 6:30pm. My husband went by this morning at 7:45am and it was gone. No sign of the lock either. The video footage from the gym shows the theft occurred from 12:13am - 1:25am.
The footage of the man at the front of the video making the first theft attempt is the same man at the end of the video who takes the bike.
There are two men working together throughout - one with longer hair, both with dark skin. One was wearing a blue hoodie with black pants and black shoes with white trim.
