Description of the theft
I locked the bike to a bike parking station in front of the Embarcadero YMCA at roughly 12:30pm on 10/10 using a cable lock. When I returned for it an hour later, it was gone. The cable was cut and left at the scene. Nobody in the area when I returned had seen it happened. The YMCA does not have cameras in front of the building.
