Description of the theft
stolen from the parking lot of 654 Minnesota Street last Thursday 11/8 (locked right next to a bunch of UCSF police motorcycles). Surveillance video shows someone used an angle grinder to cut it. Took about 2-3 minutes, with sparks flying and all -- but unfortunately, wasn't noticed by anyone.
