Description of the theft
Both of our bikes were unlocked on our 3rd floor patio which is accessible by our bedroom. Thief managed to climb up and onto our patio and either dropped the bikes over the railing or tied them and lowered them. One broken red reflector mounted on the seat post was found on the 1st floor grounds.
