Description of the theft
Thief cut the stanchion cables and post on my boat removing the bike and U-lock during the early hours of Friday, August 9th, 2019. I was sleeping only 4 feet away on my sailboat when this occurred and I was not waken. The thief either got through the security gate to the marina or came and left by boat via Victoria Harbour. The cables were cut cleanly so either a cable or bolt cutter was used and therefore the theft was planned ahead of time.
