Description of the theft
Bike was unlocked in a backyard behind a gate off the alley between Clackamas and Halsey. Also stolen were a helmet (blue with visor, different than image), combo U-lock, and 4 lights, including a dynamo front light and a blue arm/ankle band.
Differences from attached photo: black seat, one fender removed. Pannier was not on bike at time of theft. Purple tape had been removed.
