Description of the theft
Eating at the pub. Was there for a little over an hour. A friend went out for a smoke the bike was still there. about 15 or 20 mins later we all came out and it was gone.
My friend and I were riding home from work on the Schuylkill trail when we saw a man riding a bike that looked like mine. We asked if we could look at the VIN. Turns out it was my bike but he took off through traffic and we lost him. We were at Kelly Dr & Ferry in East Falls.
