Bicycle detail

I was out of town between August 12 and August 17, and during that time my back tire was stolen. I have pictures from that incident. I was only in town in Boulder for the day of August 17, and I was out of town again that night (August 17) to last night (August 21) and during that time, the rest of my bike was stolen. My bike was located on the East side of building 200 (my apartment building) in the Buffalo Canyon Apartment Complex, locked with a U-lock at the bike racks (for both instances). The U-lock was cut clean off (solid metal) and only the top part of the lock (where the key entered) was left. I have a picture of the cut lock. That side of the building is not as well lit as the other staircases in the apartment complex.
