Description of the theft
Front wheel was locked with a U-lock, thief took the frame along with the back wheel.
After I had dismounted from and locked the bike around 4:50 PM at the bike racks east of Mulford Hall and close to Hilgard Way, I noticed a brown van parked on the side of the street and the driver (a white male, 20's) made eye contact with me. Returned at 6:20 PM to find the bike missing.
