Bicycle detail

The bike was on my hitch car rack. My car was parked in a secured parking deck that requires a remote to access, and the entry/exit points on each side of the parking deck require key fobs. With that said, my best guess was that a resident of the apartment building was behind this since it would require someone to use the remote and/or key fob to leave with the bike. I am waiting on the detectives to contact the apartment complex about reviewing the surveillance camera footage; unfortunately they will not allow me to for privacy reasons. The bike is practically NEW.
